Our volunteers are a vital part of creating an unforgettable experience for dancers, artists, and guests from around the world. We truly appreciate your willingness to contribute your time, energy, and passion to help make our 7th edition a success.

Volunteer Pass & Compensation Structure

Once selected, all volunteers are required to purchase a Volunteer Full Pass at a special rate of $199 + HST and processing fees.

This pass grants access to the festival and secures your volunteer commitment.

If you choose to withdraw from the volunteer program before completing your assigned duties, you will be required to upgrade your pass to the current Full Pass price in order to attend the event.

Volunteers may receive a partial or full reimbursement of their Volunteer Pass based on the number of hours successfully completed during the festival.

In addition, volunteers may receive exclusive festival merchandise and other perks depending on their role and level of contribution.

Volunteer Hours & Reimbursement Structure

Based on the number of volunteer hours completed, the following reimbursement will be issued after the festival:

⚠️ Online Purchase Fees are NOT reimbursed. To avoid the online fees, after approval, please e-transfer the amount ($224.87) to bachatazoukfestival@gmail.com  mentioning your name and email address
 

✅ 12 hours or more – 100% reimbursement of Volunteer Pass

✅ 10 hours – 75% reimbursement of Volunteer Pass

✅ 8 hours – 50% reimbursement of Volunteer Pass

✅ 6 hours (minimum commitment) – 25% reimbursement, of Volunteer Pass

✅ Artist pick-up and drop-off (minimum 2 airport artist pick-ups / drop-offs) – 100% reimbursement of Volunteer Pass. No gas reimbursement. Must have your own vehicle.
 

Important Notes

⚠️ Volunteer shifts may include registration, hospitality, setup, teardown, competition support, social room monitoring, transportation assistance, workshop support, and other festival operations.

⚠️ Volunteers are expected to arrive on time, fulfill all assigned responsibilities, and maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Bachata Zouk Infinity Festival.

⚠️ Reimbursements are processed only after all assigned volunteer duties have been completed and verified.

⚠️ Masterclasses, Jack & Jill competitions, and other special ticketed activities are not included in the Volunteer Program unless specifically stated.

⚠️ If you plan to participate in the Jack & Jill competitions, or need to perform, we will not schedule your volunteer shift during those times.
